By installing, accessing, or using Deadline Chip, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Deadline Chip.
What Deadline Chip does
Deadline Chip provides timezone-aware deadline functionality for Google Docs™.
The service may allow users to create, insert, preview, and manage deadlines that display time information based on the original timezone and the viewer's local context.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate deadline information
- Confirming important deadlines before relying on them
- Using Deadline Chip in compliance with applicable laws
- Using your Google account and documents responsibly
Deadline accuracy
Deadline Chip is designed to make timezone conversion easier, but users should verify critical dates and times when accuracy is especially important.
Timezone rules, daylight saving time changes, device settings, or third-party services may affect displayed times.
Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Deadline Chip or any part of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Third-party services
Deadline Chip relies on third-party services including Google Workspace™, Google Cloud, Firebase, and related infrastructure.
Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.
Intellectual property
Deadline Chip, its branding, website content, design, and original product materials are owned by or licensed to Joinique, except where otherwise stated.
Google Docs™, Google Workspace™, and other Google product names and marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
Acceptable use
You may not use Deadline Chip to:
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use the product in violation of applicable law
- Misrepresent Deadline Chip as an official Google product
No warranty
Deadline Chip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not make warranties that the service will meet every user's requirements or be free from errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Joinique will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use Deadline Chip.
Users remain responsible for independently confirming important deadlines and time-sensitive obligations.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Deadline Chip changes. The date shown at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
